In April 2021, Wise Energy Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd received the product requirements from Central European customer, and the technical team initiated this R&D project and started the design of the power cabinet scheme immediately. The UPS needs to work under -40^oC~60^oC outdoor environment, product needs to be strictly water, dust and weather proof, various AC and DC voltages Power needs to be available internal and external the cabinet, and need to be remotely controlled, over 100 electrical components need to be included in a confined space, so thermal management needs to be efficient and we need to make it smaller then customer’s previous version product, which brought big challenge to our engineering capability. After many discussions and communication at the technical level, the basic technical details of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) were roughly determined in late May and the production started without stopping. In July and September, 3 and 25 sets of prototypes were delivered respectively. Affected by the epidemic, the Central European customer repeatedly put forward new technical rectification requirements after a long time of testing and experiment on the prototype, and the production delivery time was extremely tight. In order to meet customers' needs as much as possible, Wise Energy has worked very hard to overcome many technical difficulties and bottlenecks, ultimately validated the products for mass production.

Under the general pressure of power limit in domestic industrial production and shortage of raw materials, plus the two public holidays of Mid-Autumn festival and National Day, the original plan was to complete the production and delivery of 100 sets of UPS in 45 days. However, At this time, Wise Energy lived up to expectations. In just 25 natural days, Wise Energy successfully delivered the first 100 sets of UPS on October 14. In the follow-up production, Wise Energy made further efforts to fully carry forward the good and fast spirit made in China, and continued to speed up on the premise of ensuring quality. In only 14 natural days, Wise Energy delivered 250 sets of UPS on October 28, and another 180 sets of UPS on November 10.

Our comprehensive engineering team including mechanical, electrical, software, communication engineers did a excellent work on the UPS product development. Engineers repeatedly design, components selection, experiment, modify and re-test, so that all power components are placed in each corner of the small size of the cabinet, in load-bearing, space, function to achieve "small sparrow, all the five organs", to meet the technical requirements of Russian customers. Production team and quality control engineers are responsible for production and quality supervision of the factory operate and inspect every wiring harness and terminal connection of the cabinet, and the function of every cabinet box is perfect. They are careful, responsible and meticulous, so that the products of Wise Energy live up to the high standard and strict requirements of  "Made in China", and are well received by Central European customer.

These UPS cabinets take advantages of low temperature resistance (-40 degrees) and superior safety performance of lithium titanate batteries (LTO) to provide customers with safe and reliable products for the cold climates in Central Europe. During this period, Wise Energy also designed and delivered another four kinds of UPS or power supply cabinets to meet different application scenarios for other foreign customers, totaling more than 2800 sets.

On November 15, 2021, the First China Railway Express from Ganzhou Port to Europe, with containers full of UPS products from Wise Energy, traveled all the way north to Europe.
